Our client services team is looking for an enthusiastic and organised junior account manager.  This a fantastic opportunity to join a well established, award winning digital marketing agency. With responsibilities spanning the full range of client support and taking responsibility for the delivery of digital projects for new and existing clients.

Clear and demonstrable experience of managing all stages of a project from research, planning to managing resources and on time delivery, will be paramount to this position. Day to day activities will heavily involve liaising with clients, handling client issues and getting tickets set up as applicable, identifying client requirements and suggesting the best solution for their needs. Identifying opportunities to upsell to clients and managing the full client lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of digital marketing and the industry. You should possess demonstrable experience of confident and professional customer service and speaking to clients at all levels up to director/owner.

This role would suit someone with sound commercial awareness, attention to detail, quick learning, strong communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Key member of the client services team
  • Manage day to day client interaction
  • Act as main point of contact for your assigned accounts
  • Identify opportunities to upsell to clients and be confident in making suggestions
  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
  • Working with agency colleagues to devise campaign / project plans that meet the client’s brief and budget
  • Work with third parties
  • Presenting campaign / project ideas and creative work
  • Arranging and attending meetings
  • Complete research for new business meetings and pitch writing
  • Be aware of all work flowing through the studio and manage the developers / designers work priorities on a daily basis
  • Track hours against project budget
  • Take responsibility for ensuring every piece of work that leaves the agency is 100% accurate and signed off
  • Testing websites
  • Copy checking / proof reading
  • Dealing with technical support queries, raising tickets and liaising with clients.
  • Maintain internal systems – work fi, Basecamp, T-sheets, Trello, Google Drive.
  • Use Google Analytics on a regular basis to monitor the success of clients’ websites and identify issues and opportunities.
  • Use email marketing systems to send campaigns on behalf of clients and interpret the statistics reported
  • Blog writing
  • Conduct client training on websites, CMS, Mailbe.
  • Produce user guides where necessary.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Keep client folders up-to-date
  • Signing off all client artwork – including managing internal approval
  • Answering the telephone
  • Filing

Salary: £18,000
