We commissioned First Internet to rebuild our web site from scratch in October 2006. Our original web site, dating from 1999, had crashed and we desperately needed to transfer a huge amount of information onto a new database. The project also involved the development of a brand new content management system.

At the time, we had shortlisted five web site firms based in and around Manchester and asked them to provide quotes. To be honest, First Internet wasn't the cheapest quote we received, but they showed a real understanding of our needs - without busting my budget. What's more, they prepared a detailed written project plan outlining how they would tackle the project, how long it would take and the costs involved.

The content management system designed by First Internet is very user friendly - especially for non-techie types like e-reward. We can edit and update almost all aspects of our site - news, factsheets, top tips and so on. Best of all, the web site for our subscribers is so simple to use and intuitive.

If ever we do have any problems, or we want to make some more substantive changes to the site, the staff at First Internet always respond rapidly, politely and, most importantly, get it fixed without any fuss. First Internet also runs our email marketing campaigns and our regular email newsletters. Again, they always turn around our copy and make up the newsletter promptly.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending First Internet to you if you are looking for professional, top quality, cost effective web site, backed up by great customer service. It seemed like a tough choice to make between a couple of the proposals we had received in autumn 2006, but we are delighted with the decision we made. No regrets whatsoever. Having recently updated my web site which I have now had since May 2001, I would like to say how delighted I am with the whole service that First Internet Marketing offers. The site loads very quickly, a major requirement for me, prints out well - extremely important to me as an artist, and has been incredibly useful.

My visitors are increasing constantly, which I can check through the urchin service. The site has brought me projects and has certainly cut down the enormous number of slides that I used to have to send out for potential commissions.
