Troubleshooting

  • The user and password are both case-sensitve, so ensure you have entered them paying attention to whether they were in capitals or not.
  • If you do not select to authenticate – you will not be able to send emails using this account. Authentication allows us to ensure only our customers can use this service.
  • Older versions of Outlook will have slightly different ways of going about this process, but they will be essentially the same to the one described here.
