If your account was created since June 2004 your server details will be as follows :
SMTP Server : mail.firstinternet.co.uk
POP3 Server : mail.firstinternet.co.uk

If you need to use our SMTP server it is required that you use authentication to do so. The user and password details
for this are identical to your login details for collecting email.

If the email address you use is a "catchall" account then you may use any email address at your domain when setting up
your account on a client. This is simply the email address attached to outgoing emails as the sender.

It is essential that you set your email client to download emails less frequently than every 10 minutes or else
your account will be disabled. First Internet respect the needs of our clients and as such we need
to ensure the reliability of our service.
