Outlook Auto Send/Receive

To set the time interval between auto send/recieve click on

Tools > Send/Recieve Settings > Define Send/Receive Groups

Now change the value to 10 in the input box where it says "Schedule an automatic send/receive every"

Click the "close" button. Your settings will now be saved.
